Which survey do you need?

RICS Level 2 - Home Survey

A comprehensive visual inspection and report suitable for most conventional properties in reasonable condition.

Best suited to:

  • Modern or conventional homes

  • Flats and houses in reasonable condition

  • Properties with no obvious major alterations

  • Buyers wanting a clear condition advice

RICS Level 3 - Home Survey

A more detailed inspection and report, recommended for older, extended or more complex properties.

Best suited to:

  • Older or period properties

  • Extended or altered homes

  • Non-traditional construction

  • Properties in poorer condition

  • Buyers wanting more detailed advice

Drone roof inspections included where appropriate

Roof coverings, chimneys, parapets and high level areas are often difficult to inspect fully from ground level. Where safe, legal and appropriate, drone technology may be used to obtain closer views of these areas, helping to provide a clearer understanding of the property’s condition.
